Yes. Cancelling your membership is easy. Just select the Cancel Plan button from your profile dashboard under the membership menu.

First, you have to register for an account. Then you can sign into your dashboard to add a Company to publish under and then you can create a new job posting. You can also manage and edit any information that will be visible to potential candidates before you activate the job listing.

Yes. Any listing you create can be edited. You can edit the job listing from your dashboard, which is your tool for managing your listings on Care Pulse.

Absolutely! We will give your job listing a unique link that you can send to potential candidates or share on social media. It will work for as long as you keep your listing active.

How people get in contact is up to you. You can choose to display your email and/or phone number so people can email, call, SMS or WhatsApp you directly. If you do not want to share your contact details, people can still get in contact with you by submitting a message and we will forward their inquiries to your email address.

Once you have found a suitable candidate who is interested in your job post, you can take action on your listing from the dashboard in the same place you created the listing. If you do nothing, your listing will stay live until you choose to take action. You can either put it on hold where it will stay visible in your dashboard but will not be published on the platform or you can choose to delete it and it will be completely remove from the platform, including all media and metadata linked to it.

Your membership is active from the moment you make a payment. An email will be sent confirming your membership’s active status.

Memberships are renewed/expired at midnight GMT after the full period in which the plan was made active.

You can manage your membership subscriptions from the Membership section in your dashboard.

Yes, you will be able to utilize all your membership features until its expiry even if you have cancelled it.

Your job listing will continue to appear in the job listing directory but will no longer be displayed as a featured job in areas designated for featured jobs.
